Performed precision motor alignment on nine process mills during a planned maintenance shutdown. Scope included lockout/tagout and try-start verification, alignment of all nine units, tension belt replacement as required, controlled restart with operator support, and verification of post-alignment trends on the plant HMI. Completed with a three-technician crew inside a four-day shutdown window.
