Modernized critical floodwall gate control systems through the replacement of legacy programmable logic controllers with Schneider Electric Modicon M580 platforms. The project included detailed migration of existing control logic, hardware reconfiguration, system testing, and commissioning to ensure reliable operation of flood protection infrastructure. HRA validated communications between field devices and control systems, implemented updated network and cybersecurity configurations, and minimized operational disruptions throughout the transition.
